Provide Heavy Equipment Hire/Lease Services to SGCL and other interested parties
Improve & Increase the Capacity of current Contractual Works
Facilitate Technical Training & Development and Offering Basic Financial Literacy, Management and Capacity Building Training and Services on behalf of SGCL to other Local Landowner Entities in need of such specialized skilled training.
The board of directors are responsible for governance, oversight, and major decision-making, representing the interests of shareholders or stakeholders. The BOD meets quarterly in a calendar year whereby an Annual General Meeting is scheduled on the 20th of December.
Establishes company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term. Develop business plans and strategies. Advise the board of directors on strategic issues. Present reports on the company's business and performance to the board. The MD presents a report to the BOD quarterly
Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment. Develops personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. The OPM presents a report to the MD every 21 Days
oversees the day-to-day operations of a construction site. Implement company requirements and legal regulations and ensure everyone is following them to make the construction site a safe place to work. The FM presents a report to the OPM every 15 days, i.e. after a regular shift.

Oversee the overall management of the OSH program in coordination with the OSH committee. Frequently monitor and inspect any health or safety aspect of the operation. Assist government inspectors in the conduct of safety and health inspection at any time whenever work is being performed. The HSO presents a report to the Foreman and carbon copies the OPM every 15 days, i.e. after a regular shift.
